After less than a month on the market, Kate Beckinsale has found a buyer for her Los Angeles home and is currently in contract, the New York Post reports. The actor has owned the home since 2006, when she bought the property for $3.595 million, not much less than the $3.995 million she stands to sell the residence for.

The 3,600-square-foot home that sits on nearly half an acre of land was originally built in 1965 and embraces the California indoor-outdoor lifestyle with manicured lawns, a stone patio featuring numerous lounging and dining areas and accented by a fireplace. There’s also an upper outdoor area that is accessible by a bridge that leads from the home’s primary bedroom. Across the bridge, a spa tub and outdoor shower can be found, along with views of the city and Mandeville Canyon.

Inside, the home’s Cape Cod design recalls the East Coast with sloped ceilings, charming millwork, and exposed beams. Other accents in the four bedroom five bathroom home include french doors, upper lofts in select rooms for additional storage, and a picturesque partially covered front porch. The secluded outdoor spa tub isn’t the only spot in the house that encourages relaxation: the primary bedroom features a fireplace that is visible both from the main room and the en-suite bathroom, where it backs a large bathtub. The en suite bathroom also sports a double sink vanity, massive walk in closet, and a roomy shower topped by a skylight.
